President/CEO

Scot C. Sessions - President/CEOIn addition to being President/CEO Scot is also a co-founder of DataDiscovery and is responsible for strategic planning and initiatives, product direction and marketing and overall company operations. Scot brings over 15 years of experience in the hardware, software and service sectors to his role at DataDiscovery. He most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for AccessData where he was responsible for corporate strategy and global marketing and communications. During his time at AccessData Scot's efforts increased gross company revenues by nearly 70% in fewer than 12 months. Prior to AccessData, Scot served as Director of Commerce for MyFamily.com, Inc., one of the largest online subscription businesses, and also held the positions of Director of Global Marketing Operations and Global Product Marketing. During his time at MyFamily.com, Inc. Scot grew sales through his marketing initiatives over 400%. Prior to MyFamily.com, Scot headed sales and marketing for 2021.Interactive, a global enterprise solutions provider. While there he developed a leading network marketing PC application which empowered the sales forces of Fortune 500 companies to track and sell more products. Prior to working with 2021.Interactive Scot held the position of Director of Corporate Distribution and Operations for NuSkin Enterprises for over eight years.

J. Mark Hamilton
Vice President/CTO

J. Mark Hamilton - Vice President/CTOIn addition to being Vice President/CTO Mark is also a co-founder of DataDiscovery and is responsible for technology and product direction and IT operations. Mark brings over 20 years of experience in software architecture and development industry to his role at DataDiscovery. His experience has allowed him to build and manage large teams of engineers to meet aggressive deadlines. He most recently served as senior director of development for AccessData where Mark was responsible for overall management and direction of the company's applications development and IT organization. Mark joined AccessData from MyFamily.com, Inc., one of the largest online subscription businesses. Mark's previous experience includes vice president of development for Fonix, Corp., an integrated telecommunications provider, and vice president of core technologies for WordPerfect Corp. While at WordPerfect Mark was responsible for intellectual property protection, emerging technologies, management and development of the core system software upon which the WordPerfect products were built. Mark received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brigham Young University.
